At NXP, we care about your overall wellbeing and offer resources designed to help you navigate life’s challenges, whether they involve work, family and relationships, legal or financial concerns, grief, stress, anxiety, or other personal matters. You’re not alone, and these tools are here to help you find balance.

Wellness Incentive Program

All U.S. full time NXP team members are encouraged to participate in the voluntary program to earn a $300 reduction in their medical premiums.

Gym Reimbursement and Onsite Activity Centers

NXP is committed to helping you live a healthier lifestyle and provides on-site Activity Centers (at some locations) and a gym reimbursement of $240 per year. Use it to cover the cost of fitness activities, exercise classes or a gym membership.

Flu Shots and Immunizations
