NXP partners with Empower Health Services to provide biometric screenings. The voluntary biometric screening includes blood pressure, height and weight, fasting lipid panel, Hemoglobin A1c test and glucose test via venipuncture. NXP does not receive your private health information.

Additional Information

  • Free and available for all full‑time U.S. NXP team members.
    • If you plan to enroll in NXP medical coverage in 2027, you’ll need to participate to receive the premium discount.
    • Team members not on the NXP medical plan are still welcome to participate, but no discount is given for participating.
  • New hires with a start date in 2026 will automatically receive the 2027 wellness incentive credit.
    • New hires are still welcome to participate in the biometric screening.
  • Execs (G8 and above) can use their executive physical to earn the 2027 wellness incentive. The physical must take place between October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026.
  • For Biometric screenings, you must:
    • Fast a minimum of 8 hours prior to your appointment
      • No food
      • No cream, sugar, milk or milk alternatives, honey or sweetener of any kind
      • Water and black coffee are ok
    • Wear loose fitting clothes
    • Drink water prior to your appointment

Body Composition Scans

Body composition scans will be available on a limited basis during on-site biometric screening events for $30. Scans will be provided by local Activity Center staff utilizing the EVOLT 360 Analysis Machine and InBody Body Composition Analyzer. Click here for more details.

Scan recommendations and restrictions:

  • Available on a limited basis during on-site biometric screening events for $30.
    • Credit card only; Payment is due at time of service
  • Best results achieved when fasting; water is ok.
  • Do not consume caffeine or caffeine products.
    • Please note that shoes and socks must be removed to complete the scan.
  • Individuals with a pacemaker or pregnant are unable to scan.

Wellness Incentive Completion

  • Log in to Businessolver.
  • From the homepage, your wellness incentive status will show on the right-hand side.
    • When biometric screening shows as YES, your wellness incentive has been earned.
  • It takes the system between 2-3 weeks to update your completion status.

Executive Health Program

NXP's executive health program provides prevention-focused, comprehensive medical screening tests designed to meet the healthcare needs of the NXP senior leader who leads a busy life. You may choose from one of the providers below to receive an annual physical exam at no cost to you. If additional services are needed, your NXP Medical plan can be used. Sensitive to your schedule, program representatives will make every effort to schedule your medical testing and wellness consultation in a single day.

Please plan 3 to 4 months in advance to get an appointment that aligns with your travel itinerary/daily schedule. The physicals in the U.S. take up to 8 hours so it is recommended that you don't have meetings planned for the day of the physical.
