Health Savings Account (HSA)

If you choose to enroll in Medical Plan 1, you are also eligible to sign up for a Health Savings Account through Fidelity. NXP deposits money into your HSA with Fidelity to help you pay for your medical expenses, including your deductible and coinsurance amounts.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

NXP offers 3 different flexible spending account options: Health Care FSA, Limited Use FSA and Dependent Care FSA.

Commuter Account

NXP offers commuter benefits for Parking and Transit. Eligible employees can enroll in a Fidelity Commuter Account, allowing payroll deductions to cover commuting costs. NXP also contributes funds to help offset parking or transit expenses.
