Experience
Andy Micallef is executive vice president and chief operations and manufacturing officer at NXP Semiconductors. In this role, he is responsible for creating and executing NXP’s end-to-end manufacturing, quality and supply chain strategies.
Andy has more than 20 years of semiconductor industry experience, including senior operational roles overseeing manufacturing, procurement, supply chain management, logistics, quality, product and test engineering, information technology and facilities.
Prior to NXP, Andy was chief operations officer for Marvell. Prior to that, he held operations leadership roles at Intersil Corporation, Audience, LSI Corporation and Agere Systems.
Education
Andy holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame.
