The MCX A18 family of microcontrollers is designed for high-performance motor control applications with advanced integration features. The MCX A185 and A186 devices operate at speeds up to 240 MHz, offering up to 1 MB of Flash and 256 KB of RAM.
The MCX A185 and A186 include integrated motor control peripherals such as 2 × FlexPWM modules with 4x submodules combined with AOI, supports up to 2x ADC, and provides a rich set of serial interfaces along with SmartDMA for efficient data handling. The MCX A18 devices are fully supported by the MCUXpresso Developer Experience, which provides a comprehensive suite of tools and resources to simplify development and accelerate time-to-market.
