The OM6717 MRKIII Tool Chain - Software Development Kit “SDK”, is designed for the development of MRK III projects.

  • MRKIII Tool chain (C-Compiler and linker) for building applications
  • For download and debugging options, the OM6718/5 (2-link) interface is mandatory and can be ordered in addition below

OM6717 MRKIII Tool Chain

  • The OM6717B Software Development Kit includes the “Chess” C-Compiler, the “Darts” Assembler and the “Bridge” Linker for programming the MRKIII RISC controller
  • The Software Development Kit is compatible to the OM6718/5 (2-Link) download and debug interface

OM6718/5 (MRKIII 2-Link, Universal Download and Debug Board) Hardware Debugger

  • MRKIII 2-link is an all-in-one development and debug interface for the MRKIII microcontroller
    • Communicates with MRKIII target via monitor and download interface (MDI)
    • Allows access to the PC via USB interface
    • Operates for 3 V and 5 V devices
    • Requires 1 USB port on the PC
  • MRKIII 2Link software can be downloaded from NXP website
