1.1 Get to Know the S32-VNP-RDB

2.1 Install Terminal Emulator for Console
User can install any one which is familiar to you, such as Tera Term, Putty and so on.
The below link is to download Tera Term 2.3.
DOWNLOAD TERA TERM2.2 Install FTDI CDM WHQL Driver
FTDI CDM v2.12.28 WHQL driver for serial configuration from FTDI chip.

3.1 Plug in the SD card
The SD card has pre-loaded Linux BSP image which runs on Cortex-A53 cores.
3.2 Plug in the UART cable
Use UART0 cable to connect UART0 port and PC.
3.3 Plug in the 12V Power Supply
Connect the power supply and power switch board and then plug the cable into J5 connector.
Run
4.1 Setup Tera Term Console
- Open Tera Term on Windows PC.
- Select the serial port to which can be found in “Device Manager” of the PC and click OK.
- Go to Setup > Serial Port and select 115200 as the baud rate.
4.2 Power On the S32G-VNP-RDB
Open the switch of power switch board.
4.3 Run Linux BSP
The Linux BSP is automatically executed from the SD card. The console display on Tera Term shows the running logs of Linux BSP.
