The FRDM-PWRSTG FRDM Accessory Board is an easy-to-use circuit board that allows the user to exercise all the functions of the GD3000 pre-driver to drive a brushless DC motor. It interfaces between the FRDM-GD3000EVB and the load.
The FRDM-PWRSTG is designed to be used in conjuction with a FRDM-GD3000EVB FRDM Expansion Board. Each FRDM-PWRSTG is geared toward a different type of application. Both a FRDM-GD3000 and a FRDM MCU board are required for full functionality of the FRDM-PWRSTG.
Used in conjunction with the FRDM-KL25Z, SPI Generator (SPIGen) may be used to demonstrate certain limited functions of the device.
The PSMN4R2-30MLD is a logic level gate drive N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in LFPAK33 (3.3 x 3.3 mm) package.
This MOSFET belongs to the NextPowerS3 portfolio utilizing NXP's “SchottkyPlus” technology which delivers high efficiency, low spiking performance suited to high efficiency applications at high switching frequencies. Check the PSMN4R2-30MLD datasheet.
