Features

UART Host Interface

  • With high-speed RS-232 baud rate up to 460.8 kbps. After reset the baud rate is 9600 bps but then can be changed through the baud rate generator

I²C-Bus Controller

  • Up to 375 kHz with 256 byte TX and RX FIFO and multiple master capable

Eight Configurable I/O Ports

  • Can be used for LED or other I/O purpose

Wide Voltage Range

  • 1.71 V – 3.6 V operation with 5 V tolerant I/O pins

Temperature Range

  • -40 to 105 °C, can be used in high temperature industrial applications
