The S08PLS MCUs integrate key features like 10-bit ADC, Analog comparator, and flexible timers to simplify design and to help reduce system cost.

The S08P family is simple, yet powerful, and offers EFT/ESD performance. This scalable and pin-compatible MCU family reuses existing S08 core, IP and tools for easy migration from existing 8-bit S08 products. Our 5V 8-bit S08P MCU family gives your designs more durability and reliability in harsh industrial and user interface environments, meeting appliance safety standard IEC60730.

  • 10-bit, and 8-bit modes, eight-deep result FIFO
  • Single or continuous conversion (automatic return to idle after single conversion)

  • 6-ch. + 2-ch. FlexTimer + 1 x MTIM
  • Real-time counter (RTC)
  • 1 x SCI (UART)
  • 1 x Analog Comparator
  • Enhanced watchdog and programmable CRC
  • High accuracy internal clock

  • -40 to 85C° ambient temperature
  • Support supply range 2.7 to 5.5 V
