The PT2000 programmable gate driver for solenoid control integrates six microcores, seven external MOSFET high-side pre-drivers, and eight external MOSFET low-side pre-drivers. Two low-side drivers can be used as DC/DC converters. Microcores allows six parallel tasks to run independently from the main system microcontroller (MCU). The PT2000 also included diagnostics, automatic DC/DC control, current measurement and end of injection detection.

- Pre-driver operating voltage up to 72 V and selectable slew rates
- 7 high-side pre-drive PWM capability up to 100 kHz (30 nC)
- 6 low-side pre-drive PWM capability up to 100 kHz (30 nC)
- 2 low-side pre-drive PWM capability up to 400 kHz (30 nC) can be used for DC/DC
- 12 selectable, pre-defined VDS monitoring thresholds
- Encryption for microcode protection
- Integrated End of Injection detection
