The NXP® SCBGARBWA is a surface mount adapter set that allows any socket interface requiring female pin receivers to be connected to a 416-pin, 1.0 mm pitch BGA target system. The SCBGARBWA surface mount adapter set includes a PGA mini grid socket adapter. This adapts the 1.0 mm receiver to the 1.2 mm pins on the SCBGAMWT PGA mini-grid socket. The BGA base with receivers is reflowed in the user's target system and the PGA mini grid socket adapter is installed in the BGA base. Either an SCSKTWT BGA ZIF socket or an SCLAIBWT Logic Analyzer Interface Board can then be installed.
