The NXP® SCBGAMU1T is a PGA socket which works with any 324-pin 1.0 mm pitch PBGA surface mount base with receivers and SCSKTU1T BGA ZIF socket. The SCBGAMU1T provides an effective means of protecting the pins on the SCSKTU1T and helps to increase board clearance where necessary.
