The NXP® SCLAIBMT is a Logic Analyzer Interface Board (LAIB) that allows logic-analyzer connections to 160-pin, 0.65 mm pitch Thin Quad Flat Pack (TQFP) devices in the user's target system. The SCLAIBMT consists of a special interface board with an M68TQP160SB1 TQPack on the top and an SCTAMT target interface adapter on the bottom, and 100 mil spaced Berg style headers. The SCLAIBMT also includes a TQSOCKET160SBP TQSocket with 6.0 mm guide pins installed on the M68TQP160SB1 TQPack. The SCLAIBMT is designed to be user-configured for use with specific MCU and MPU devices, by providing connections to GND planes. The SCLAIBMT works with the SCDAMT ZIF adapter set and SCTQSMT target interface set.
