Changed PCA9509P max Vih specification to clearly indicate A Port B Port and Enable pins are over voltage tolerant to 5.5V. There is no change to device or test coverage. 変更理由
PCA9509P recommended static characteristics Table 6 max Vih specification for A Port B Port and Enable are the normal value if pull ups are connected to device supply. Table 6 max Vih voltage is being changed to clearly show the pins are over voltage tolerant. Port A from Vcc(A) to 5.5V Port B from Vcc(B) to 5.5V and Enable from Vcc(B) to 5.5V.
