The NXP BlueBox development platform provides the necessary performance and functional safety features to build both
zonal architectures and high-performance computing systems. BlueBox enables the analyzation of driving environments,
including risk factors, for software-defined vehicles and directs the behavior of self-driving cars.
BlueBox 3 family is the latest addition to the series, which incorporates the

Layerscape®
LX2160A
embedded processor. The LX2160A is pair with the ASIL D ready
S32G2
vehicle network processor for automotive service-oriented gateway, domain
controller, safety co-processor and expansion options to include additional
perception and acceleration solutions.
The BlueBox 3.0 requires authorization for purchase based on the intended use. Support for BB3.0 projects will be
provided exclusively through the dedicated NXP Community, which also requires authorization to view. Please contact
